We do not undertake alterations for any outfits. For any exchange of sizes, we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, it would take us 10-14 days to exchange the size, from the date of when we receive the garment. Please kindly note only our latest collection will be exchanged for size. If the garment is specially made to order or from dated collection, we wouldn't be accepting any exchange. To exchange an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to exchange are as follows:-
1) Items should be returned unused and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and would be sent back to the customer.
2) Outfits should be tried on without removing the tag.
3) Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item , please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display the colours and patterns as accurately as possible on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
(d) All custom made orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
